Becoming a member of the Living Forest Cooperative connects you to a network of natural resource professionals, fellow landowners, loggers, millers, and buyers. Members receive occasional newsletters and emails with information and news that has been screened by LFC staff for relevance to our members. Our field days are a great way to meet other landowners and learn about issues affecting forest management and ownership. Past field days include: Grading Lumber, Maple Syruping, Horse logging, Low Impact Harvesting, and Using Aspen to Restore Conifers. Membership in the Coop allows you to rent or buy forestry equipment, and purchase trees and supplies at bulk rates. More importantly, membership gives you a place to ask questions and get advice.
